The company was founded on June 2, 1987 by a group of Engineers and Executives who pooled their resources together to market telecommunication products and services, which they believe, would eventually develop as a true “sunrise” industry. In a short period of three years, it has made its mark in providing Leading Edge Technology especially in Satellite Television Receive-Only (TVRO) systems. It spearheaded the usage of Satellite TVRO’s for MATV and CATV systems.

- The first hotel with the Interactive Television Network
and Pay-per-View System is the Hotel Inter-Continental ManilaThe
first Cable TV in Alaminos and San Pablo, Laguna and Taytay
and Angono, RizalThe first cable community channel in Southern
Tagalog with the biggest number of TV programs produced
locally.
